When I Look in the Mirror

I used to see an ugly monster a person that used drugs to cover up all the pain I had a person who kept herself sheltered from everyone a person who hated herself a person that had no self-esteem Today is a much different story Today I am drug and alcohol free Today I have self-esteem Today I mingle with people Today I am a loving, caring, outgoing, generous, helpful, kind, attentive, respectful person Today I enjoy my life!
