Lest The Agenda

Be careful lest the agenda is skewed. Your agenda: saving black bodies, reminding the white ones of what human life looks like as if they don’t know. Your agenda: releasing trauma built up so heavy in the muscles you don’t even know light movement. Is this ever the sole purpose of protest when children of oppressors weave themselves within? And then they tell us all problems are connected like we, long ago, didn’t solve them first.
