Dāshaun Washington is a poet from Western Massachusetts. He is the winner of the 2018 Robert Bone Memorial Poetry Prize and recipient of scholarships from Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, Winter Tangerine, and The Speakeasy Project. His work has appeared in Cosmonauts Avenue, The Boiler, Raleigh Review, Borderlands, Tinderbox, and beyond. Dāshaun is currently enrolled in the MFA for Poets and Writers Program at UMass Amherst, where he also teaches in The Writing Program.
